For your convenience, we file your insurance claim. Patients are responsible for their estimated percentage of the fee at the time of service. We will work with your insurance company to estimate your out of pocket expense. This is only an estimate and subject to change.

We also offer Care Credit so your treatment can be paid for over many months without the need to postpone your treatment and risk further damage to your teeth or possible loss of a tooth.
